The hiring team can view candidate profiles and leave feedback so that the recruiter can reach out to the candidate. When recruiters do reach out to candidates, they can integrate their inbox with Freshteam so that their conversations are synced to the candidate profile and visible to the entire hiring team. Once a consensus has been reached on the shortlist, recruiters can schedule interviews and collect qualitative feedback online. Based on the feedback, they can use Freshteam to make offers and manage candidates to conversion. If you'd like to engage with a particular candidate not-right-now but in the future, you can archive candidates to the talent pool so that Freshteam can resurface them when a similar job opening opens up. Freshteam also has an Android app that lets users view job postings and candidate profiles while on the move and stay up-to-date on events at all times.
